Pro Bono Counseling

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or thoughts of self-harm, please do not proceed to our website. Instead, take one of the following actions to ensure your safety:

  • **Call 911** for immediate assistance.
  • Contact the **King County Crisis Line** at 1-866-427-4747 for 24/7 support from trained professionals.
  • Call the **National Suicide Prevention Lifeline** at 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255).
  • Text "HELLO" to **741741** to reach the Crisis Text Line.

By proceeding to the Pro Bono Counseling Program page, you acknowledge that you are NOT experiencing any of the aforementioned concerns.

Providing high quality mental health care to the vulnerable

We believe that access to quality mental health care is a human right and can change a person’s life. Our goal is to help uninsured and underinsured individuals in our service area gain access to the right mental health professional — or emerging health professional — to meet their needs.

Patients may now enroll themselves in the Pro Bono Counseling program.

To support as many individuals as possible, we partner with licensed professionals, student interns and those needing additional hours of supervision before licensure, who volunteer their services on a pro bono basis, ensuring equal access to quality mental health care.
